How it works
- Register with your local council as a food business (free, and required by law before selling any food from home)
- Create your CookedFresh kitchen account and submit your registration details and hygiene rating for verification
- Once approved, write your board each day -- dishes, prices, and diet/allergen tags
- Customers order, you get notified, and you get paid directly
What you'll need
- Food business registration with your local council
- A food hygiene rating (assigned after your council's inspection)
- A Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
- Public liability insurance (optional, but recommended)
CookedFresh is currently free to use for both kitchens and customers.
